I get to the authenticate debrid with debrid manager part and select it and nothing happens

I can’t authorize it. This is a new build on a fire cube tv. Was using a firestick and worked fine. I can authorize Trakt but I can’t even locate Premiumize as an option

I can’t get my Premiumize account to authenticate. It’s not even an option anymore. Please help
