You can reset wizard to Defaults or uninstall then reinstall the wizard.

Sometimes if you cancel an update or your wizard gets damaged, or you uninstall it and reinstall it, the current build name is empty, so there won't be an update popup, and you have to check & update manually from Wizard > Build Menu.
