Try a clean install:
Clear Kodi data, uninstall Kodi, install Kodi Omega, install build -in that order.

Try uninstalling then reinstalliing it.

-More skins edited and added to Switch Skin under Xenon Free.
-Elementum installed by default.

i installed a fresh build recently (xenon free) because i noticed a few add-on's not working but a fresh install didn't seem to work. I really enjoy those for their one click sections and hope there is a fix for them at some point.
