Using 3.0 on Windows 10 PC. Installation went fine, allowed addons to update, installed what addons I wanted (seren, RLSBB) entered in my trakt and RD accounts. Why are you installing it from USB? Just go to https://kodi.tv/download/android/ and download it there.

Just checked, downloads fine. Restart your modem and box, check for addon updates and retry.

Youtube settings, Age gate should already be off, but its possible you might have to be logged in to your account for some restricted videos.
