I dont see any issue here and Black Lightning is working fine here. Internet routers might have security settings that could be blocking some addons. Or try installing the build on your phone to see if you have the same issue. You could always change the widget if its not working for you.

If the device cant handle the PVR guide, you can try disabling some of the sources in IPTV Merge to make it lighter. Go to program addoms/IPTV Merge/Playlists and disable some, depends on what kind of channels you prefer..
