Go to your Trakt connected apps here: https://app.trakt.tv/settings/apps/connected . Revoke all except Account Manager.

Just be aware. You will not be able to use Trakt with more than one addon now...

I downloaded the 3.2 debrid build on my windows pc and it's flashing on and off consistently on red ... did you install Kodi from? Did you install the Windows Kodi app, or the official version from Kodi.tv?

I've opened trakt logon and re-authorized every app.
