No video on certain TV shows only audio

I have a few shows not showing video only audio using aio debrid 2.0 it's been happening with 1.8 and 1.9 versions as well. Asking if anyone else has this problem and if any fixes have been found? Also not sure why the build only allows you to pick sources when searching movies but when searching for TV shows it automatically picks a source? And sometimes when it does it picks a source that buffers really bad. I know my internet speed and with movies I pick the appropriate 1080p source to not get buffering like most 4k sources do. Just wondering why that's changed older versions allowed to pick on TV and movies. Thanks

Perhaps you're trying to watch Dolby Vision sources, and your TV or device can't.
To watch source select 1080p with Source select for both movies and shows click on 4k/1080p Switch, and click on both:

The turn off Dolby advice worked thank you. But my other issue is why does the build now on TV show searches pick a source for me where it use to populate a menu of available sources like it still does for movies? My equipment can handle 4k but in the area I'm in I still get a lot of buffering on 4k shows. Also once the build picks a source I'm stuck with that source until I erase or update the build. Just wondering if there's a way to turn of the automatic choosing and let me pick a source for tv shows like I can still do for movies? Thanks

In the addon you're using look in settings for Autoplay for TV Shows and select Source Select instead.

Morning. I looked all over the app did find a settings page for umbrella (the add on I'm using) but I didn't see anything that said autoplay for tv shows. Is there a possibility you could send some screenshots of what I'm looking for and how to get to it? I'd appreciate it a lot.

You can always choose source select by long clicking like this..

If you want to permanently disable Autoplay, you need to turn OFF Enable Playnext option here in umbrella settings..

Hello I’m having issues with videos having vertical lines and bluriness when I try to watch movies and tv shows. Everything else works just fine. After fresh install for 2-3 days and then I get a popup on my screen that says I need to install a xml for umbrella and pov after installing it or not installing it I get the vertical lines and a blurry screen ???? The audio works fine but the picture is unwatchable. It’s like it’s being blocked like porn channels were back in the day. Also I’m using a PIA VPN and never had any issue before so I’m fairly frustrated and confused as to what I should do. I also have real debrid and Trakt. Any help would be greatly appreciated appreciated

I really appreciate your communication on this issue for me.
The permanent solution is what I went with to get the menu list like the movie side still uses. Just gives me more freedom to pick and choose sources. Breath of fresh air that someone still takes care of people that use thier product.

Try disabling Dolby Vision from 4K/1080p Switch.
