Diggz xenon build issues

I have diggz xenon latest build installed on my firecube and firestick and it works great. I have also installed it on my brothers firestick and sisters at two different locations. Their installs are fine but non of the streams work as I get an error message, “too many resources” is one of the messages. I’ve tried deleting kodi and doing a fresh install and also resetting the firestick and installing it all from scratch with no luck. I can’t work out the issue as mine works fine. They both have paid debrid accounts and I have installed the debrid version of diggz. Any help would be appreciated.
