Including all the sports groups from daddylive inside the IPTV is not really helpful it makes it 1600 channels etc, it would be better with 300-400 of actual tv channels as anyone can use the daddylive for all the events and sports stuff if they want to no need to have them in simple client , if you read many forums about this its the main reason kodi has issues with IPTV client playing channels because of thousands of channels being loaded. right now its Kodi errors when trying to load channels in PVR channels and all the guide is showing with the channels. After you delete the playlist you have to run the merge again to finish deleting the non working Daddylive part.
Yes so there is no Daddylive lists working inside IPTV this is what I needed to hear. Yes I ran the fix, then went back and deleted daddylive URL from merge , and then ran merge within IPTV merge, and yes knocks all the other channels out and leaves the JTV channels. What would be kool is if we could just combine the sky and uk channels from daddylive with the JTV ones to create a list of maybe 3-400 standard channels , and just leave the sports to daddylive as most people will know what they are watching sports wise and where to watch it the guide isnt as important in my opinion. Or just the ability to chose the lists you want which I think you can do inside pvr manager where u can hide groups and things like that !

Hey @The Chef , any reason why i keep getting "playback failed- check kodi log for more info" when i try to watch any sky sports channel via the tv guide?

Question. When your release updates is there a way where we don't have to lose all of our favorites and add ons? Bot sure if that's just the wya it has to be, but I noticed every time there's an update I have to re authenticate reap debrid and install add ons and favorites again

Thank you Chef much appreciated, different lists than the daddy live one and channels in different order but I will endevour to hide the lists I don't want to hopefully get it more organised, is there a way to re arrange the order of channels or groups ? Thanks

I think you need to take a step back and realize this is FREE, your lucky we even have free channels that are working. Your expectations are way too high for Kodi free TV. Even if you put in all this unnecessary work to get it so perfect the way you want it could all just go down any day and you will have wasted all your time. But if you insist, go ahead. You can hide any channels or groups you want using the channel manager like this..
Yes Chef i totally understand I also really appreciate this build, My expectations are not too high my man I'm sorry I do not mean anything by it. I already know how to hide groups and i have also now gone through every channel which I do not want and actually deactivated them individually inside PVR channels in kodi settings, By deactivating 100'S of channels this has also made the whole build much faster for anyone who was complaining about the build running slow. I do not want the sports channels or spanish or polish channels in my list so by deactivating these it has taken my channel list down to about 250 which has really made the build run a lot smoother and faster. Now also what I have done is added a Menu subset selection in Movies using the PVR channels and named it Movie channels , and done the same in TV shows named Tv Channels for faster navigation to the PVR tv , I leave any sports i want to watch to inside daddy live or other sports addons, I could also now disable the main TV guide menu altogether if needed Like i have done with Music and youtube etc which makes Xenon plus a lot simpler and easier to nav. Thanks alot Chef hope all this setup stays the way it is for a while. and again thank you for this fix !
