Kickouts

Kickouts happen when you're out of RAM, space, or the device is very weak -need official Kodi Nexus v20.1, no forks, just to be sure.

Here's what to try If you experience K I C K O U T S .
Do a few reboots - cube & shield users mentioned it fixes kickouts.

Install recommended Kodi the proper way.
Install build like suggested in wiki main page.
On first boot wait until everything is loaded.

If you got a kickout, Force close Kodi, clear Kodi cache, unplug device & router for 5 minutes.
Still not working?
Try above 2 lines again 4-5 times.

You still experience kickouts?
Another few things noted by members on 4k Firesticks:
Try disabling IPTV Simple Client (Addons > My addons > PVR clients) and IPTV Merge (Addons > Program addons), reduces or eliminates kickouts.

If you already enabled IPTV Simple Client and IPTV Merge, and it crashes your firestick before you can disable anything, you can reinstall your build, or you can avoid a reinstall if you have installed a file manager in your firestick. Find Kodi Data folder, navigate to /addons/ and delete plugin.program.iptv.merge and pvr.iptvsimple. Unplug for 10 seconds.
