Won't load anything past the homepage

I thought this is the closest i get to talk about my problem.
After clearing data on my fire stick i installed everything again but when i get to the point to install a build i get this message
"Chef Omega Wizard error" check the log for more information what seems to be the the problem how can i fix this. please help. SOS

Only thing it could be is something with your internet blocking the build server. Try connecting your box to your phones wifi hotspot to test. Or figure out how to disable your routers security filter.

I never had any problem everything was fine till yesterday morning when i turn it on there was a message saying
" it seems you lost Xenon skin settings click the button below to choose a skin option to restore" after trying few time with no luck i deleted the data and installed everything back up and now the problem that chef can not load the build as i said in earlier post i have been using Kodi for several years never had any problem like this. Please advise. Thx
