Diggz Xenon Build unable to add menu items

Just wondering how you add new menu items in diggz xenon build, when you go into system settings there is no customization option. Also is there a way to access a full system menu.

If you're in Xenon Live, click Go Back To Xenon. Then Diggz Xenon > Xenon Skin Settings > Home Menu or whatever you want to add or edit. Hope this helps.
