Fast forward/fast rewind moves at a decimal rate

Hello. I'm new to this forum. I'm using a Nvidia shield pro. I using the Omega 21.1 platform. And of course, Diggz nexon build everything was fine till I updated to AIO. Now when I use my apps (Seren, Asgard) for movies and TV shows, I get a decimal speed of FF or FRwd. I don't get the option y"start from beginning" or "resume watching" option. That's really the most annoying issue. If FF was working properly I could deal with it not working. Id just FF to spot I left off. But a 2 hr movie that would be very annoying to do. Has anyone else had this issue?
