Slowly all DIGGZ stoped

I have a Mint 22 box with Kodi Omega. Loaded the Diggs AIO Free. Was awesome! TV Guide worked with iVue, Daddy Live all worked, and so did the Mad Titan Sports app.
Little by little they stopped working. At least Daddy live worked. Now NOTHING WORKS. The infuriating "working" loop.
I did some testing... set up a box with Diggz, Chef Wizard, the works. Ran at work (I am the IT guy so I can) and everything connected. Took the same box home and half of the stuff that worked fine at one location will not work at my home. Little by little every single app failed. NOTHING works now.
I thought VPN could be it. Turned it off (whole house running client on router) and no better. So it cant be the VPN, and I can't imagine I have something on my router blocking it.
So what I am asking is this: is Spectrum and other ISP's having guys running packets traces and somehow blocking ports and or services at the ISP? Are they THAT GOOD that they can block this and not other streaming services? How would they do this?
I am so frustrated that when something that works no longer does, and there is no explanation anywhere that I can find.
I want answers.

Try connecting to your phones hotspot for Wifi and see if it fixes the issue, at least youll kow if its your home connection thats causing it.
