Bricked Playback Feature ?

So, I’m a longtime “lurker”
Have a Working Fire cube. Newest generation that works. All was working fine with Kodi & I was using PIA as VPN, but I thought there were lagging issues. Lots of people recommend Nord which I installed. Everything seemed to be working great.
A few days later, my fire cube seemed to fart. Everything loads and works on cube.
Everything loads in Kodi Diggs Setup Wizard. Registered track. Changed screen to Eminince Bust. Everything loads up perfectly.
Go to TV, it goes to search. It shows the results. It shows the splash screen. It lists episodes. Go to play & it fails.
It shows a piece of a jig saw puzzle. I think I am screwed.
I think there is a possibility that Nord might not have been on Automatic.
I think FireCube BLOCKED the video for Kodi.
It is possible ? The FireCube still works for the regular stuff. In a way, did I essentially BRICK the ability to use this cube with Kodi?
I tried different setup’s, etc etc.
Suggestions from a PRO. ? Thanks so much
And…… as I said, all functions in Kodi appear to work fine, just NO PLAY. Thanks again
Also, tried using someone else’s WiFi. It gave same results.

You say "It shows a piece of a jig saw puzzle" Can you show a pic of what you see? Ive never seen that on Kodi ever.

I even have it on 30 second video, just can’t figure out how to post that. It’s a crazy thing. The missing friggin piece of the puzzle. The crazy thing…….same exact EVERYTHING on a different cube that is logged into a different Fire cube Amazon acct at my friends house with a different WI-FI that I did all the setup for……. Works perfectly. I think that somehow Amazon has realized that this has been sidewind loaded & they have managed to essentially block it from playing………. Unless of course, I am simply a total idiot and I have a simplistic error. Not much to make an error on. Instructions posted fortunately are made for stupid people, like me. Shit, they have picture and arrows for god’s sake.

By the way. Thank you for you help. Most appreciate a fresh set of eyes by someone that actually knows what they are looking at. I could even potentially attach the logs, as long as I could figure out how to copy it…..

Ok, thanks for the pics..so the puzzle piece has nothing to do with the stream not playing, thats just a part of the Eminence skin, so thats fine, the real issie is why the streams are not playing. Are you sure that you installed Elementum addon in the setup wizard?? Check to see if you missed the Install Elementum option in the setup wizard like this. If it doesnt isntall, that means you already installed it, but just make sure first...So let me know if you installed Elementum first, and well go from there...

So I followed your instructions exactly and for whatever reason it still would not load the way you instructed. Never would go through.
So I did a little research and figured let me try using downloader.
I brought Kodi back to a fresh install first.
Used Downloader ((44801)) and installed that into Kodi first.
Then I installed the Diggz & Chef Setup Wizard as done previously.
Installed the trak.
Next installed Eminance Burst.
This time it worked. I will see if I can duplicate the result.
