Diggzflix 2 error when installing

I had installed Version 3.0 and it was working perfectly with diggzflix 2(probably shouldn't have upgraded so soon)
When I saw 3.1 was released I deleted everything and did a fresh install. When it gets to the part of installing diggzflix 2 it's starts and right away it errors out with the message:
"Failed to install a dependency"
All the other skins I tried work without problems (both xenon, diggzflix, and fenflix work) without issues.
