4K V 1.4 Keeps crashing on Firestick

Hi, I have a 4 GB 1st-generation 4K Fire TV Stick and have installed Kodi 21.2 and the latest Diggz Build 1.4.
Fire TV Stick has OS 7.7.0.8
I have Real Debrid and Trakit installed and all up to date.
On the Firstick, I have no additional apps and have 2.82 GB of free storage capacity after the build install.
The issue is that when I try to launch a movie, the build crashes and returns to the Fire TV main menu each time. I have tried several approaches to resolve this, to no avail. I even bought a new stick, and it's doing the same thing.
PLEASE HELP - Very frustrated
