How to automatic foreign language subtitles translation

When watching a movie in English and they start speaking in a foreign language, if I don't have subtitles enabled, I don't understand what they're saying.
Is there a setting to auto enable subtitles only when non-English is spoken?
I had to re-watch the ending of Bugonia with subtitles enabled, to understand what they were saying. It made all the difference. Perhaps it would have won at least one award if there was auto translation.

I haven't seen an auto way about it.
It's all about proper source selecting -if there is a source with forced or full English subs.

What would I look for to identify such a source? Going forward, would/could there be a setting to prioritize "full or forced English subs?"

Usually "Forced" is mentioned in the title.
