Add Ons not listed as option?

Hello,
Sorry as this may be my own lack of sense of the common, But when trying to play a movie or anything it doesn't give me the option for umbrella, the crew continually fails to update and now that chef replaced fen lite with red light district I'm having a super hard time getting anything to stream. Any suggestions on how to maneuver this situation are extremely well appreciated

*I've been an avid Diggz Xenon user since either 2018 or 2019 one or the other. It's absolutely the best build there is and always has been so I want to go ahead and say thank you for that part
