Trakt APP login new limitations

Have three Diggz Xenon operating TV's. Just went through a did a fresh download on all three. When I got to trying to Trakt authorize the second tv, got an error indicating I exceed the Trakt free download limit. In a matter of minutes, the download went from 100 to one.
Is the only option to subscribe to Trakt VIP @ $60 / yr ?
