5.1 Shows Xenon Setup

Using Onn 4k Pro Kodi 21.3 with Xenon 5.1 and Umbrella skin.
After downloading 5.1 sometimes when opening Kodi the screen shows "Xenon Setup" as if I am first loading the build.
I wait a few minutes and nothing happens.
I close Kodi (Force Close doesn't work for this) and the Setup screen reappears but then the "Building Menu Skin Shortcuts" appears at the top and the build loads as it should.
Any fix for this?
