Local Channels

I am looking for local TV channels for Madison, Wisconsin. Up to now I have only been able to find News On channels for nbc15 & cbs3. Looking for full stream channels like over the air, not just news. Also would like abc27 & fox47. I know I can get these with ota antenna, just wondering if they are available somewhere else?

You try the search channels option under live tv?

And now that I have them, how do I add them to my guide channels??
