If you use free providers, there isn't much you can do, try unplugging device and router for 5 minutes, and other sources.
In some devices, you may try force closing Kodi, clearing Kodi cache, and rebooting.
If you use Real Debrid you could troubleshoot Real Debrid, or reset ResolveURL.
If you get that while using a player of TheMovieDb Helper, open the addon directly -eg Umbrella- and try.
