Audio-sync issues fixed with 7.1 surround

Change default passthrough output from default/recommended to Android.
I have been using 7.1 surround settings in Kodi for a few years now with my 7.1 surround receiver. In the last few months, I have been experiencing audio-sync issues, severely affected when fast forwarding or even pausing shows. I think this started when I updated to Kodi 20, but not certain.
Finally figured it out after a few clean re-installs and all of the suggested Amazon fixes suggested here not working for me to resolve this issue. The issue is the default setting when you enable audio passthrough. The default needs to be changed from AudioTrack (IEC) to AudioTrack (RAW), Android IEC packer. Made the switch and back to 7.1 audio with no issues!
My Audio settings (Kodi settings>system>audio
# channels 7.1
Stereo upmix – on
Allow passthrough – on
Passthrough output device (CHANGE) - AudioTrack (RAW), Android IEC packer.
Settings below based on receiver:
