Torque Lite Not Working

I have installed a few times now even tried to install the add on itself but keep getting error and cant access the add on for veiwing. Is there an issue on Diggz Xenon Free build with this on a PC, my son in law can get it working on his xbox but i cant via windows pc. Any ideas or tips would be gratefuly received.
