I got it to authorize by going directly into Umbrella, then tools.....

Try clicking info on Reauthorize and click versions and just reinstall it. See if that kicks the settings back in. I havent seen the issue on my PC or Shield, so not sure whats different. Are you using official Kodi 21 or Kodi 22?

Because I got the authorization to work using the method I mentioned, when I went into reauthorize, it showed my 2 authorizations there and I didn't want to cancel them...But when I tried going back to the other methods or account manager, still will not open.

This is what my screen looks like when I try to open account tools. I guess I can try to reinstall version 1.4 but would rather not.....

Just had the same problem with ReAuthorize even on a clean build on 21.2 it is still there (Shield).
Changing versions didn't fix it but removing and then installing ReAuthorize worked. Just trying to get Trakt to behave itself now!
