Is there a way to update my build without losing my watched films or do I have to do a clean install of Kodi and the build for an update

Well, Yea, if you use Trakt, or Mddblist, or any of the tracking services. Thats what they are for. I do use Trakit I think I mis worded my question. Do I need to go to kodi and clear data and than reinstall Xenon debrid or can I do it inside xenon.

I cant seem to find the 3.2 AIO builds all I can find is this free xenon 1.3. If I try to go to change flavors it wont let me put my debrid code in either of them. Can you help me please
