How do you stop the popup titled "trakt watched shows"? See attached image.

What addon? Probably in the addon settings.

This occurs occasionally right after kodi is loaded

So disable it. If you still like to use the Portal, then you can permanently fix it without disabling it by using Kodi file manager/Userdata/addon_data/script.extendedinfo/ and delete the Trakt folder to fix...

I had to disable extetendedinfo because the trakt file comes back when it's updated.

Try going to program addons/Autoruns and turn off script.extendedinfo
