That repo is down, says "Retired" on Gihub: https://github.com/mrgsi. However Glive never made the addons anyway, he just put live TV addons in his repo. The source dev of TV_App is here: https://github.com/mbebe/blomqvist/issues/956. I think the addon is done. They change encryptions too often. Doesnt look like anybody is interested in fixing it again...

You can use a combination of chromedriver, selenium, and chrome headless to scrape the play URL so you don't even need to know the encryption scheme. Took about 10 lines of code added to the Diggz's addon to make it work. Probably would be hard to roll it all up as an addon.
