kodi crashes windows after installing Diggz from zip file [SOLVED]

I've got no problems running the new Kodi Omega and diggz chef wizard/skins on firestick, but when I try installing on windows10 from zip file at https://diggz1.me/diggzrepo Kodi crashes.
best way to uninstall and reinstall on windows 10?
i've uninstalled & reinstalled several times, what am i missing?

For what it's worth, I was having the same issue trying to load Diggz on a ONN 4k Pro. It would crash every time after clicking on the zip file, and take me back to the home screen of the 4K Pro. I came to this forum and used the tinyurl link provided to download the wizard and it worked as expected.

Whats funny is you guys waste all this time to write questions that are already answered if you read the dam instructions. Even put a link to the instructions above and you still dont get it. I suppose Kodi is not for you. Stick with Netflix.
