Several times on both Windows PC and android box a fully set up and functioning Xenon Diggz setup suddenly loses all addons, thumbnails, widgets, menus and customisations and starts displaying a different layout with no addons and a robot appears. There is no way back other than starting afresh with a new kodi install..
This is very frustrating. For now i'm changing to another more stable build

Ive never had that happen on my W11 PC or Nvidia Shield. You could just backup the skin.xenon folder from userdata/addon_data/skin.xenon. Then if it ever happens again, just copy that folder back. Does userdata/addon_data/skin.xenon also get backet up if you use the wizard backup/restore?
