Keep losing kodi setup

I have installed the newest build on the newest ONN 4K box.I installed kodi and Diggz build worked great got it all set up but sometimes when i turn the box off and back on it on it show's the original kodi setup screen? I have to go to the Chefs wizard and reset the GUI. I do not have to reinstall after i reset the GUI it reboots and goes to the skin setup screen? Any ideas why this happens on these boxes?

Usually when that happens its because the build wasn't closed properly using the off switch bottom left. You are only losing the skin so going to Kodi settings / Interface and clicking the name top right should show Xenon skin to enable
