Change font size

Thank you for the update!
I used to be able to change the size of the font to large through settings/interface/skin/fonts but the option for larger font is no longer there. These old eyes are having a hard time reading the screen. Is there a way I can change the size of the font?

Ill add a larger font option soon.

Added "Large Font" option to skin, also this setting will make the list menus larger..
