Apply Skin button slow to no response [SOLVED]

Doing a fresh install on a 4k firestick after deleting Kodi cache and uninstalling/reinstalling Kodi 21.1 and then installing diggz xenon. Clean install so far until I complete the updates in the setup wizard, and then select a skin to install. Selected the Xenon 2 skin and it downloaded ok, but the “apply skin” button does not open the window to select and apply a skin - the xenon 2screen image just gets highlighted again. Tried going back, doing a refresh and reflecting it can’t seem to get past the ‘apply skin’ button selection. Usually a window slides open from the right side of the screen, but not now….
Finally got it to appear after leaving/re-entering Kodi and stepping thru the setup again - the button did finally open the window after about 15 seconds of being selected.

Well, your using a Firestick so you must be used to everything being slow, On a real device theres no lag..
