diggz A10 FREE Plus Version 1,2

hi i am having problems with mine it wont work on free99 or projectlivetv.lol i did down load free app too watch a tv show a like but most of the Diggz A10 Free Plus version 1.2 wont work and comes up with the box in the middle errors something like that i am new too this and advice or help would be grateful thank you lee

The current Free version isn't the All in one it's simply Xenon Free 1 so please update using Chefs wizard and try again

ok thank you do you mind too give me some way on how too do the update i do have trouble doing it i do have a friend that was helping me and it has been a while for her too get back too me and talk me through on doing things on the update my apologies i am not really that good on doing the right way on getting the correct version done and working please thank you lee
