I purchased the Real Debrid but I don’t think I did it right on the kodi app. I’m still getting ( One or more failed to play) message. Please could you help me out?? Is there any way of you taking over my tv and setting everything up for me. I’m not electronic savvy.

You need to install Diggz AIO Debrid build, then go to the logins section, and login to your Real Debrid account

That’s exactly what I did. I uninstalled Kodi then reinstalled but used the debrid building. I tried to fallow some instructions on the internet but I’m not sure if it’s done correctly. I also had to go to Real Debrids site once I was prompted to go and I thought I did everything ok because it would give me check marks and say successful but now some stuff still does not work like I thought it would.

Did you install the addons in the first step? What skin did you install? What problem are you having? Your gonna have to be specific if you want help.

Sorry sir, I’ll try and recall the step I did.
- I deleted kodi and reinstalled it but this time I did not install the free one. If I’m not mistaken I installed the top one.
- once installed I tried to watch the help video but it only said left or right. Once I figured out to scroll right to the login section where I logged in I think and I went to add the add ons. It said I could select all so I did.
- then I thought I had to use the Trakt manage so I went into trakt and figured out I’m in the wrong place.
- I then entered the Real Debrid section and proceeded with what they prompted me to do. I even entered a use name on there site just to be on the safe side.
- then I proceeded to install the xenon plus skin.
- once I thought I was done I went into Asgard (the one button one) and tried to get into one of the movies that I could not get into when I use the free version and I got the same message and I could not watch that particular movie. I’ve been able since to get into The Crew.
It’s really got me messed up
Is there no way or no one I can get to take this tv box over and set it all up for me?? If there’s a fee please let me know and I’ll see if I can spring for it. I’d just want to know it’s all good. Once again thank you for your patience and time to help out an old man!!

You have to learn yourself, otherwise you wont know next time you update the build, its really pretty simple. Step 1-Install the addons, Step 2- Login to Real Debrid, thats it. FEN, Umbrella, POV, are the top addons most people use. So make sure those are installed, you can just click on them to install them if you didnt...
