The free xenon is not showing a movie banner. I uninstall the old one, reinstall a new one, and the same thing happens on both my PC and Fire TV Stick. All movies say one or more of the items failed to play. This is happening in all movies. All other parts are working, sports, TV, music, but no movies

There are so many movie options, which one are you having an issue with? Theres also multiple widgets to choose from, I have no idea which one your talking about.
