May be a dumb question, but how do you get to the screen to change categories ie world entertainment, sports, etc. I used to be able to push left on controller after I chose a channel but now it doesn’t do that. Thanks in advance

Using a firetv stick if that makes a difference.

After you choose a channel you would have to go back (press stop) to the tv guide to press left to get the option. You may have to go back a few hours to get the option.

Or choose Channels (PVR) instead and the option should be jist a left click away.
