After finally getting the Arcade to work, it seems that the few games I have tried all run extremely slow and the sound is basically non existent. Cuts in and out..mostly out. What can I do to fix this?

Might help if you told me what game systems or games run slow. Probably depends on your hardware and what emulators your using.

Both a PlayStation and Sega Saturn so far haven’t tried anything else. No clue what emulators they are using I don’t get a choice. It’s a fairly new Firecube.
