I've been a longtime user of Diggz builds and have never encountered serious issues with previous versions. Being tech-savvy, I’m comfortable troubleshooting. However, with this latest AOI build, I’m facing crashes whenever I try to browse show listings in add-ons. Elementum won’t work either—it just crashes consistently.
I’ve checked settings in both Elementum and Burst, but I can’t determine where the files are being saved, which leads me to my main question: I have an external SSD connected to my 2017 Shield Pro for recording local TV shows, paired with a USB Hauppauge TV tuner, and it has worked flawlessly so far. Is there a way to check where the build is saving files for playback?
I reviewed the logs and it says “No errors found,” so I’m at a loss. While I’ve managed to use a different build with one video add-on to watch shows temporarily, I’d really like to find a permanent fix.
P.S. I’ve already opened my Shield and replaced the thermal grease, so overheating isn’t the cause of the crashes. The external embedded storage works perfectly with other apps, so it’s not the external drive. I also tried moving Kodi from the external drive to the Shield’s internal storage, but that didn’t resolve the issue.

Re: AOI Free with Add-on Issues
Are you using Kodi 21 or Kodi 22 ?? Some people are reporting crashes on Kodi 22. If your using Kodi 22, make sure you are using the latest nightly version as these versions have the most bug fixes, or switch back to Kodi 21.
