Build 3.2 on a windows pc

I downloaded the 3.2 debrid build on my windows pc and it's flashing on and off consistently on red light and POV just like it did on version 3.1 Diggz found a windows problem and fixed 3.1 I'm hoping there's a fix for 3.2 I've uninstalled and reloaded several times. It's frustrating. Seren and umbrella work fine for the most part. Red light was giving the most results by far on previous version.

Sounds more like a video driver issue. I run and build these on a Windows 11 PC, so its not the build. Where did you install Kodi from? Did you install the Windows Kodi app, or the official version from Kodi.tv?

When you say Flashing On and Off, what do you mean by that?? When something is playing?? If so, then its probably because you choose a 4K link that your PC cant play like Dolby Vision.
