Chef Omega Wizard not working

I have setup diggz xenon dozens of times. However this time when I install Chef Omega Wizard nothing happens, if I try to open it or go to add ons and enter it I just get a loading icon that never resolves. This is a device that's previously never had issues. I also reinstalled Kodi, connected the device to an Ethernet cable, confirmed no changes made ect.

Additionally I tried for the first time using 7o9 wizard and that did run fine along with another build from a diff repository. Both of which though do not jive with me at all and I really dislike using them.

Is it possible this is a server issue or newest build thing? Is there a way around using Chef Omega Wizard but still getting the 4k debrid build?

Open to suggestions or ideas.

Also I'm using an Nvidia Shield. Fresh install of Kodi, confirmed my other TV on my Onn4kpro is working fine w diggz 4k build.

Unplug your internet router and plug it back in. Restart Shield. Wizard is opening fine..
