advancedsettings.xml (0) config

Is there a way that you could add the above back into the Xenon Tweaks section. I actually love setting the advancedsettings to "0" memory so it buffers the entire file to my hardrive. I have a seperate hardrive attached just for this reason and it makes slow public or private wifi a non-issue.
