Issue after install ???
Issue after install ???
So I finally got it installed after cleaning some things up on my son’s MacBook Air . But everytime I click on something like Addons or Debrid/tract login I get playback failed - one or more items failed to play. Check the log for More information about this message. Also something about YouTube pops up. I’ll add some pics, also seems to be restarting itself somehow as I had like 6 kodi icons in the dock, thanks in advance for any help you can give me with this.

Re: Issue after install ???
I'm having the same issue , cannot find a resolution, I've searched this forum, asked in the FB group, googled, put the crash logs into AI lol , deleted the YouTube add-on from the application support folder of my mac, used appcleaner to uninstall / then reinstalled, still the same, Ive had to go back to stock Kodi and with add ons, fingers crossed a solution can be found but I'm starting to think the build may not be mac compatible

Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. At least, not as yet! Previous builds did work on your mac. Now we have new kodi and new build... give it some time.starting to think the build may not be mac compatible
Take a look at this from 2011. Someone else was having errno 48 address already in use. See #7

Re: Issue after install ???
@meishseeks Diggz Xenon 3.0 build is out. Try this on your mac. I think it will resolve all your issues.meishseeks wrote: ↑Wed Apr 10, 2024 9:01 pm I'm having the same issue , cannot find a resolution, I've searched this forum, asked in the FB group, googled, put the crash logs into AI lol , deleted the YouTube add-on from the application support folder of my mac, used appcleaner to uninstall / then reinstalled, still the same, Ive had to go back to stock Kodi and with add ons, fingers crossed a solution can be found but I'm starting to think the build may not be mac compatible

Re: Issue after install ???
@Russell it just gives that same error over and over again anytime I click into anything , when I go back to desktop there will be several kodi icons open that I have to manually close one by one.

Re: Issue after install ???
Your log is showing that you exited Kodi, and shows Kodi shutting down normally, does not show any crash or even a force close.meishseek84 wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2024 12:17 am Still the same if anyone can help here is the link to my log the last time this happened and kodi crashed
